I noticed that most site submissions to this directory don’t qualify since they are not following the submission procedure.

After entering your site details, I require you to email me to request inclusion. This is so I can tell if your submission has been done by a robot or a human being that took time to read the text on the submit site page.

If I don’t receive an email, I don’t know you submitted your site until I do a manual check of the database. Also, I have to wonder why you want to remain anonymous.
